The PGDM Executive Batch will have the same course contents and specializations as in case of the PGDM Dual specialization. However, only those who have the relevant industry experience (such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, PM & HRD in leading industry for a minimum period of more than 5 years) will be admitted to this course. These students may be presented to the industry for the lateral placements (which means different positioning and higher compensation at the time of campus placements). It may be mentioned here that students with more years of relevant industry experience are expected to get higher salary subject to they being selected for such positions. While Industry experience give an initial edge it is not the ultimate deciding factor at the time of placements as the overall personality will be the critical factor for placements. However, these students may be merged with the freshers for the training so that their inter-personal skills, attitude formulation and other leadership qualities are developed with their interaction with the freshers and the freshers too are benefitted from the industry experience of those from the industry. |
